I read every email. I can’t always reply quickly, but I do reply — usually with a longer answer than you expected.

What’s useful to send

A correction. A price that moved, a place that closed, an opening hour that changed. Include the page URL. This is the single most valuable email you can send; the page gets fixed and its “facts verified” date updated.
A question a guide didn’t answer. If it’s a good one, the answer often becomes part of the page.
Something you’d like to see covered — within the scope of this site, which is first- and second-time visitors to Rome.

What I don’t do

Sponsored posts, paid placements, link exchanges, guest posts. How the site earns money is on the disclosure page; there’s nothing else.

Questions first-timers ask

Will you answer a specific question about my trip?

Yes, within reason. I can't plan your trip for you by email, but if a guide leaves a real question open, ask — if it's a good question, it usually ends up as a paragraph on the site.

I found a wrong price or a closed restaurant. Where do I send it?
